How do the children become soldiers? Do they get to choose whether they want to be a soldier or not? What are their jobs? These are all the questions you might be wondering. Well first of all they became soldiers by being abducted from their home. Their own home!! Their own room!! Ohmiigawsh!! That would be horrible! Obviously that tells you they did not choose to become soldiers. I think it should be against the law for them to use the little children for war. They have different jobs. Sometimes they have to find landmines. This may not sound too bad...but just wait, here comes the worst part, they find them by walking around and if they happen to step on one it blows up and there goes the kid! That would be so terrifying. They will do anything they are asked. They are easily manipulated which is why they are chosen. Children soldiers vary in age, anywhere from 4 to 18! A four year old! I have a five year old brother and I would hate to have him abducted to serve as a soldier in war!
